NaviPro processes personal data only for purposes that are objectively justified by NaviPro’s services and in accordance with the rights of individuals and the General Data Protection Regulation.

We collect personal data that is provided to us when signing a customer agreement, when you register or fill out a form on our website, contact us by phone and email, or interact with us via our digital and social channels.

The personal data we provide when recruiting is based on the balance of interests and the personal data is only used by those at NaviPro who are actively working with recruitment.

• The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

Retention of data

If you are entered into our systems by filling out a form for downloading material or getting in touch with us, your personal data will be deleted when you submit a request for us to delete your personal data. When there is no longer a purpose or legal obligation to store personal data, it can also be deleted or anonymized.

If you have submitted an application for a job opening at NaviPro, we will save your personal information depending on how long we consider the candidate to be relevant to our services.

This does not include trusted third-party companies that we may employ to help us facilitate and operate our website or our business, with the requirement that these parties agree to keep the information confidential.

You can at any time choose if you do not want to receive marketing emails from NaviPro. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of our marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in every mail we send out. You can also choose to simply send us an email to marknad@navipro.se.

Please note that if you choose to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, you agree that NaviPro will not be able to send you any general or personal offers.
